What's included:
1 hour 30 minute private couple or group instruction
beginning with a centering meditation,
followed by yoga posture sequences based on your needs
& requests, ending with a guided, deep relaxation.
We come to you in your desired location of
the Mount Washington Valley, be it a resort,
private residence, business, or outdoor setting!
All equipment and props are provided, along with inspiring
music and innovative instruction that is sure to make you and your guests,
friends, family or coworkers feel better!
No experience necessary, open to kids and adults of all ages and abilities.

*$175/group; maximum group size determined by your location.
Groups of more than 12 may need to provide their own extra mats. Groups of more than 12 people are an extra $50.

*$100/couple

50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking to ensure your date, the remainder is due on the day of the event. If the event is cancelled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative cost. Payable by cash, credit or check.
